Robert Howard Wickham

Beloved husband of Geraldine who preceded him in death June 9, 2023 after 73 years of marriage. Loving father of Mike (Colleen) Wickham, Bonnie (Jeffrey) Horton, Sueanne (Craig) Girdley, Robert Wickham, II and Randy Wickham. Proud grandfather of 12 grandchildren, 17 great-grandchildren and 3 great-great grandchildren. He is also survived by his sister, Barbara Vermilye.

Mr. Wickham was born on January 10, 1931 in Highland, Michigan to Walter and Eleanor (nee Wade) Wickham. He married Geraldine on April 15, 1950. In his spare time he enjoyed piddling around and working on various projects. You could always find him in either working in his garage or working on his yard. You could say he was a "Jack of all Trades". In his earlier years, he enjoyed working on cars. He will be very much missed by all.

Funeral Services will be held at 1:00pm on Saturday, July 15, 2023 at the Highland Chapel of the Elton Black & Son Funeral Home, 3295 E. Highland Road. The family will receive friends on Saturday from 11:00am until the time of the service at 1:00pm at the funeral home. Robert will then be reunited with his wife Geraldine at Highland Cemetery immediately following the funeral service.
