Suzanne Marie Howard

Suzanne grew up in Milford/Highland MI, raised her family in White Lake MI, and retired with her beloved late husband Mike (d 12/2021) in Harrison MI. She made 'Family' her career and life's work, From her parents, siblings and children to grandchildren, great-grand children and all her friends, she truly loved and cherished them all.

Suzanne did not belong to any church, she believed that God is all around us in nature and the Holy Spirit lives within our hearts. Her life certainly glorified God, she was a true christian. Her favorite time of year was Christmas, and wow did she make it magical. She lived with an open heart, open arms, and an open door for anyone in need.

Suzanne's life was full of adventure with her husband and soul mate Mike raising three daughters. She loved motorcycle rides with Mike, parties with friends, and bowling tournament trips with the 'Animal House Team' where she was known as Scooby Sue. She loved family get-togethers, camping, canoeing, gardening, sewing, baking, and cooking. Suzanne would say being Grandma and Great-Grandma were her greatest accomplishments.

Suzanne was a loving mother of Tamara (Gary) Jackson, Michelle Munn, Terasa (James) Lawrence; loving grandmother of Cassandra, Justin (Britany), Joe (Ahna), Alycia, Dravin, Patrick, Shelby, Jesse, Michael (Alyssa), Leanne, Andrew (Jenni), Laura, Kayte; loving great-grandmother of Charlie, Stormly, Savannah, Logan, Audrey, Sophia, Riley, Jace, Nora, Jolene, Ruby; loving sister of Elaine, Russ, and John.

The funeral services will be held at 12:00 pm on Monday January 27, 2025 at the Highland Chapel of the Elton Black and Son Funeral Home, 3295 East Highland Rd., Highland, MI 48356. Visitation will be Sunday from 1:00 pm-7:00 pm and Monday from 11:00 am until the time of service. Burial will be in White Lake Twp. Cemetery.
