Teresa Lynn Isanhart of Rochester Hills, passed away Septermber 6, 2016 at 59 years of age. Mother of Nicholas Summerlee, Samantha (Clay) Weinand and the late Ashley Summerlee. Grandmother of Nicholas Gager, Shawn Winters and Kenneth Summerlee. Sister of Rachel (Dave) Shymkiw and Richard (Susie) Sloat. Daughter of Richard Sloat and the late Helen Sloat. Also survived by many nieces and nephews. Private cremation has taken place and memorial service will be held at a later date. Memorial contributions may be made to help establish a college fund for her grandchildren. Arrangements handled by the Highland Chapel of the Elton Black & Son Funeral Home.
