Don was known for his drafting/design business. He had designed and drawn many houses, churches and commercial buildings with the help of serval architects throughout Michigan.
Don especially enjoyed being with his family.
He is survived by his daughter Dawn Diemer (Larry); grandchildren and great-grandchildren. Connie Valkema (AJ, Shelby, Drew.) Phillip Diemer (Kendra, Cheyenne.) Lori Strowenjans (Eric Winsemius, Adi, Ryann, Penelope) and his brother James Van Eden along with several nieces and a nephew.
Donald was preceded in death by his wife Trudy, sister/brother in-law Mary and Gene Immink, sister-in-law Barbara Van Eden.
No services are being planned. Burial will be in Zeeland Cemetery
