Fred was well known for his passion of creating art with Tattoo’s.
He was preceded in death by his father Jerry McAlpine, and grandfather James Knoll.
He is survived by his mother, Roxanne (Daniel) Boerman; brother Jerry (Amber) McAlpine; grandmother Betty Knoll; aunt Cathy Knoll; fiancé Kristen Smith; children, Ricky Van Dine, Ashley Zehner, Dominique McAlpine, Jordan Brimaldo, Andrew Hellenthal, Jessica McAlpine, Haley McAlpine, and Jaymes Nash; 5 grandchildren;; several aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews, and cousins.
A memorial gathering to celebrate Fred’s life is planned for Wednesday, Sept. 20, 2017 from 6-8:00pm at Lakeshore Memorial Services, 11939 James St., Holland.
