Helen was a kind and gentle soul who left a legacy of Christian living to her family and friends. She enjoyed being with her family, quilting, reading, helping others, and word puzzles. She volunteered many years at Love Sews Ministry.
She was preceded in death by parents Arthur DeJong and Arlowa Betten; and sister Karyl Mulder.
She is survived by her husband of 61 years Dave Bos; children Sue (Dave) DeVries, Sherrie (Mike) Eiswald, Sally (Brian) Lubbers and David (Teresa) Bos; 14 grandchildren, 11 great-grandchildren with one on the way; sister Gloria St. Clair; sister Karen (Ben) Rowan; brother-in-law Phil Mulder; and sister Marianne (Howard) Hoeksema.
