Lillian Mae Hassevoort

Lillian was a member of Harlem Reformed Church, where she was the church librarian for over 20 years.

She was preceded in death by her husband of 68 years Harvey (Oct. 2, 2016) a son, Mark (1986), and a son-in-law Larry Kleis.

She is survived by her children: Gary and Elaine Hassevoort of Holland, Sheryl Kleis of Brohman, and Beth Hassevoort of Holland;

5 Grandchildren: Ryan & Lisa Hassevoort, Brent & Muria Hassevoort, Paul & Sarah Peterson, Mike & Trisha Smith, Alex & Mishel Zamudio;

10 Great-grandchildren; Sisters and brother: Toots Hassevoort of Holland, Pauline and Lester Hall of Grand Rapids, Bill and Carol Venema of Zeeland; Brothers and sisters-in-law: Elmer & Arlene Hassevoort of Zeeland, Ronald & Wanda Hassevoort of Holland, Gordon & Marian Hassevoort of Holland, Shirley & Michael Bleeker of Holland; Many nieces and nephews.

Funeral services will be Monday, Nov. 28, 2016 11 a.m. at Harlem Reformed Church, 6854 144th Ave. in Holland. Rev. John Nyitray will officiate. Burial will be in Restlawn Memorial Gardens.

Visitation will be Monday, one hour prior to the service Monday

at Harlem Reformed Church. Memorial contributions may be given to Harlem Reformed Church Library Fund.
