Born in Cambodia in 1949, Lor eventually came to Michigan with her husband and son as refugees through the sponsorship of Zion Lutheran Church. Here in Holland, Lor and her family settled and enjoyed many activities throughout the years. Lor was known for her cooking talents, and loved sharing her food with family. She also enjoyed traveling with her husband, Vay.
She is survived by husband Vay; sons Voat (Chan) Chau, Meyva Chau, and Michael Chau; as well as grandchildren Tiffany Chau and Katelin Chau.
A visitation for Lor will be held Saturday, June 28, 2025 from 9:00 AM to 10:00 AM at Lakeshore Memorial Services, 11939 James St., Holland, MI 49424, followed by a funeral service at 10:00 AM.
