On Thursday morning, March 16, 2017, Nancy passed on to Heaven. Nancy had an awesome love for people and mothered her own family and many others, and will be missed by all.
She is survived by her husband of 50 years Richard; daughters and son-in laws, Nadine and Randy Weirich, Lissa and Mark Gilmore and grandson Jonah Gilmore; sister, Wanda (Ron) Hassevoort; brothers in-law and sisters in-law, Mick and Lois Nienhuis, Tom and Pam VanHoven; and nieces, nephews and cousins.
She is preceded in death by her parents, Andrew and Henrietta Knoll; husband’s parents, Marvin and Marie Nienhuis; sister and brother in-law, Marcia and Robert Brace; niece and husband, Heather and Brad Ruiter.
Visitation will be from 2-5pm, Sunday, March 19 at Lakeshore Memorial Services, 11939 James St., Holland. A celebration of Nancy’s life will be Monday, March 20, 11am at Central Park Reformed Church, 614 Myrtle Ave., Holland, with Pastor Kevin Kleinheksel.
Memorial contributions may be made to St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital.
