I grew up across the road from Pearl and her family.  My brother and I were every day friends and playmates of Pearl and her sisters.  We explored the gully, played Rook in the granary, picked blueberries.  As teens, we camped at Ottawa Beach.   I have such good memories of those times!  Although Pearl and I had not kept in touch, I wish to express my sympathy to all of her family at her passing.      I miss Pearl so much. She was a great friend, funny and kind.
My husband, Rudy and I spent so many wonderful times with her and Dave.  I have a hard time believing I won't hear her great laugh 
again or see her bright eyes.

Dear Dave and family,
It is with sadness that we remember Pearl and want you to know that she was someone we knew for several years as the "best first basemen" ever.  Those days of softball will always be remembered for the great team we had and the friends we made forever.  Pearl is one that will not be forgotten. RIP Pearl.  Our sympathies to each of you.

My Mother was so special to so many people.
She has touched so many lives with her humor, love and strength.
She was a fierce competitor when she was playing a Peanuts or Spoons card game marathon with my Aunts. I do believe that blood may have been drawn on more than one occasion over the years! 
Mom had a great love for her Children and Grandchildren and on many occasions we would spend quality time talking and drinking coffee together.
Yes one of Mom's favorite beverages was coffee! She would drink it for hours with her sisters while they played cards.
My Mother was also my friend and will be so dearly missed!

I'm so sorry to hear of her passing. I knew she was appreciative of the way you took such good care of her.

Dave, I am so very sorry for your loss!!! Pearl was a wonderful person, always so upbeat and fun to be around!! I am so thankful I was able to work with her at J’s, she was loved by everyone!!! Praying for you and your family! ❤️❤️
