Peggy Jo Colburn, age 59, passed away peaceably at her home in Allegan surrounded by her family on Monday, April 27, 2015. Peggy was born in Zeeland, Michigan, on December 20, 1955, to Willard and Marcia Stegenga. She was happily married to Michael Colburn for 35 years.
Peggy is survived by her husband, Michael, by her sons Erik and Adam Colburn, and by her granddaughter Syra Colburn. She is also survived by her mother, Marcia Stegenga; sister, Vicki; brothers, Paul Stegenga and Scott Stegenga; nephew, Brandon Stegenga; and niece, Candice Skinner. She was dearly loved and will be greatly missed by her family and friends.
A memorial service will be held on Saturday, May 2, at 11 a.m. at Liberty Worship Center located at 285 James Street in Holland, MI. Visitation will be one hour prior to the service beginning at 10 a.m. Pastor Tim Calvo will be presiding with a luncheon following the service.
