So sorry for your loss. Ray was so proud of his family, especially his wife and daughters. He bought our Mom’s Cadillac from us, to spoil his wonderful wife. You could see the love in his eyes when he talked about his wonderful wife and his family. He felt truly blessed by them.

Kraig and I are so sorry to hear of Ray's passing. We have so many wonderful memories of your whole family working (and playing) at Carmel and Rich's yearly garage sale. Ray was such a shining light of love to everyone who knew him, and I am blessed to have shared those garage-sale days with your wonderful, loving, and very hardworking family. May God give you mercy and and peace in the days ahead. We all love you very much! JoHannah (Carmel's sister).

Growing up I'll always remember Uncle Raymond as a very hard working, strong and loving man. I remember one year we went to the valley to visit Uncle Ramond and Aunt Anita he could take us to this truck and let us talk to different people on his CB. He would always say this Twinkie and my nice would like to hear stories. All these people would tell me different stories of how much they all loved him. So many memories. I love and appreciate everything you did for us Uncle Raymond. You maybe gone but, you will never be forgotten.

Ray was a kind and wonderful man who made us always feel like part of his family. We looked forward to coming to the market every Saturday, not because of the fresh produce and flowers, but because of Ray’s welcoming nature and, of course, his steak tacos and rice/bean bowl. Best in the world. He always greeted me with “Hey, girl, how’re ya doin’?” When David would go alone on a Wednesday, Ray asked him, with that twinkle in his eye, “Where’s your girl?” but kept David’s taco trip their secret. With his years on the road, he knew everything about everywhere, recounting stories and knowledge about Colorado, Texas and more. We will miss him so. Bless you, Ray. Rest In Peace. Condolences to Anita, Sara and the rest of the family.
