Roger M Hill

Roger M. Hill, 85, passed away on Thursday, December 14, 2017, at American House in Holland, Michigan. He graduated from Holland High School and married Audrey, the love of his life in 1952. Roger served in the US Army in Korea from 1952-1954. He worked in various occupations as long as he could work with his hands. He was loved by his family and will be greatly missed.

He was preceded in death by his wife, Audrey J. (Timmer). Roger is survived by his children R. David and Kathy Hill of Holland, Thomas and Ruth Hill of West Olive, Audrianne Hill of Holland, Mark and Jennifer Hill of Allendale, and by 15 grandchildren, 11 great-grandchildren and many nieces and nephews. He is also survived by sister-in-law Marilyn Hill of Holland, brother Allan and Carol Hill of Three Rivers, brother Ken Hill of Holland, brother Daniel Hill of Saginaw and sister-in-law Nancy Timmer of Holland.

A service to honor Roger’s life with military honors will be 11 a.m. Monday, December 18, at North Holland Reformed Church, 12050 New Holland Street, Holland. Visitation will be 1-4 pm Sunday, December 17, at Lakeshore Memorial Services, 11939 James Street, Holland. Burial will be at Pilgrim Home Cemetery in Holland.
