Steven Michael Kloosterman

Steve worked as a refrigeration technician for Request Foods for over 40 years and was a big MSU fan.

Steve was a remarkable man who cared deeply for his family, his friends, and coworkers. His dedication and devotion to hard work is unmatched. He will be dearly missed!

Surviving him are his wife Cathy Kloosterman of Zeeland; parents Dolly and Gladwin “Jay” Kloosterman of Zeeland; children, Steve Borst and Erin Lieske of Allegan, Michael and Missy Kloosterman of Zeeland, Joe and Melissa Borst of Allegan, Brady Kloosterman and Britney Craycraft of Zeeland, Nicole and Brian Scholz of Conway, AR; 16 amazing grandchildren; sisters Annette Kloosterman and Dean O’Parka of Frankenmuth and Amy and Rev. David Jolman of Hudsonville; many extended family and friends.

A memorial service will take place Thursday, October 19, 2017, 6:30pm at Community Reformed Church, 10376 Felch St., Zeeland.

Visitation will be Thursday, from 4-6:00pm prior to the service at Community Reformed Church.

In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to Shields of Hope, 29 W. Main St., Zeeland.
