Tony is survived by his children, Tina (Daniel) Zugel, Shelly Johnson, Tubby (Jenny) Burnett, and Kurtis Wilson; grandchildren Tiffany, Nicole, Brooke, Autumn, Kodi, Brandon, and Tiffany; many extended family and friends.
Visitation will be Thursday, September 26, 2019 from 6-8:00pm, at Lakeshore Memorial Services, 11939 James St., Holland, MI.
Funeral services will be Monday, September 30, 2019, 1:00pm, at Tucker Memorial Chapel, Sacramento, KY, with visitation from 11-1:00pm prior to the service.
