Wayne A. Nead

He retired from Donnelly/Magna in 2009 after 32 years of service. Wayne served in the US Army in Vietnam and loved to hunt, golf, go camping and enjoy NASCAR. He was loved and will be greatly missed.

Wayne is survived by his wife of 31 years, Joann Nead; his children Nicholas, Randy, Nicole and Dustin Nead; grandchildren Allyson, Emma, Bentley and Carter; sister Phyllis Rastall and brothers Jeff and Gary Nead. He is also survived by his brothers and sisters-in-law Marie and Terry Eding from Holland, Bruce and Linda Weatherwax from Missouri, Art and Bonnie Weatherwax from Dorr, Myra and Don Ryzenga from Holland, Mark and Vicky Weatherwax from Holland, John and Marcia Bouwens from Zeeland, Jim and Paula Weatherwax from West Olive, Joyce and Tony Hardy from Holland, Jeff and Bev Weatherwax from Holland, and Mike and Cindy Dean from Grand Haven.

A celebration of his life will be Thursday, February 23, 1 p.m. at Lakeshore Memorial Services, 11939 James Street, Holland, with burial at 2:30 p.m. at Restlawn Memorial Gardens, 994 Paw Paw Dr, Holland, with full military honors. Visitation will be Wednesday, February 22, 5-8 p.m. at the funeral home.
