Anthony was born in Pittsburgh, PA on January 8, 1950. He graduated in 1967 from St. Mary of the Mount High School and went on to study at a community college. Several years later he move to Florida and procured a position with Greyhound Lines, Inc where he worked as a driver.
Son of the late Anthony and Sophie Basilone. Anthony is survived by his sister Clair (Cissie) (Richard); niece Amanda (Jason) Walters; great nephew Ethan; great nieces Olivia and Madison. Anthony was dearly loved and will be missed.
Although Anthony lived in Florida for a great deal of his life, his heart remained in Pittsburgh with many family and friends.
Arrangements were handled by Fred Hunter's Funeral Home with a private service.
