Its actually very funny how I met tony in high school to find out a few months later that I had known tony since child hood... in high school there was a group of us that all hungout an one night we went bowling my mom was there an said Alyssa you know who that is don't you. I just looked at her like she was crazy till she said do you remember tony from the Keys? He knew all the planets an presidents when you guys were really little.. my mouth opened stund I couldn't believe that one of my good friends from high school I had actually known my whole life :) tony was awesome he always knew how to make you laugh an was an amazing listener if you needed him.. ill never forget him an the great child hood an teenage years I got to spend with him.. I'm so sorry for your loss. Please accept my deepest sympathy. May you find comfort from your memories, as well as God's word the bible. Why do people we love die? Romans 5:12 says: "That is why, just as through one man (Adam) sin entered into the world and death through sin, and thus death spread to all men because they had all sinned." How loving of God to promise what is found at Revelation 21:4 which says, "And he will wipe out every tear from their eyes, and death will be no more, neither will mourning nor outcry nor pain be anymore. The former things have passed away."

I don't know your son and am very sad to hear of his passing. We, too, lost our son, who was in the Coast Guard, and feel your pain. Our hearts go out to you. Some of our son's friends posted his loss on Face Book and we wanted you to know how sorry we are for your entire family. It is the worst feeling losing a child. May God give you comfort.

Sir I never knew your son. I have lost friends and shipmates before. I hope God keeps his loving arms around you and your family. I had the distinct honor of serving with your son overseas. He was a driven young man with an infectious smile that brought joy to those who knew him. I remember coming back from long patrols, he would come onboard, always greeting us with a big smile and asking how it was. In a place so far from family it was nice to have a friend and shipmate like him. My thoughts are with you your family and friends. Take care and know he was and will forever be your son and a gardian.

Chris & Family, You know our hearts go out to you and that unfortunately we have felt the same feelings that you feel now, with the loss of our son 4 months ago. The loss of a child, is an indescribable pain that no one can understand unless they've been there. I am so sorry that you have lost such a wonderful son. I only knew Tony as a little boy coming in to the office, playing with a lot of energy, Always close to his parents. I attended todays service and heard so much love, so much admiration, respect and adoration. People spoke in a way that one could truly get the feel of who Tony is. All I heard was love, great love, and I take away from it, Tony's message, "Just In Case.....I love you:" My heart is aching tonight for Chris, Renee, Nicholas, Sara and family. Your son lives on in many peoples hearts and lives. That is for sure..

It is never easy to say goodbye to a brother. That is what Tony was, a brother. Our Coast Guard family is not big, we protect our own and it is so hard to lose one. Rest in peace shipmate. Fair winds and following seas.

I met Tony at my son's wedding in December, 2013, his Fiancee Sarah was the Maid of Honor. Tony say my niece on the dancefloor by herself, and he danced at least 10 times with her. My niece has Downs Syndrome and has 2 passions in life, Weddings and Dancing. Tony knew how happy he made her that day by the many times our family members thanked him. That young man is definately in heaven. I am truly sorry for your loss.

My heart ached when I heard of Tony's passing. I have known Tony's father for many years, a good man and a good friend. In knowing Tony's parents, I know what a great loss they are suffering, as well as the rest of the world. I have never seen a father more proud of his sons, and more loving. I had the great privelage of sailing with Tony aboard CGC Heron. We spent many of days and nights on board watching JAG. He had a true passion for flying and he showed it everyday. I will always remember coming into work mad at the world, only to end up leaving in laugher thanks to the humor and excitement only Tony could bring. I will miss you brother, but I guess heaven needed some awesome!

I remember Tony from high school when he used to help me out in math class. He was a really funny guy and it's very sad to see a young man go so early. May his soul rest in peace.
