Barbara Lee Vivian, 74, of Dania Beach, FL passed away at home on Saturday December 13, 2014. She is survived by David Vivian Sr. her loving husband of 46 years, and their beloved children Linda (David) Fournier, Burt (Stacey) Gower, Brenda (Michael) Jenkins, Steven Gower, David (Erica) Vivian Jr., 9 grandchildren and 5 great grandchildren.
Barbara was born in North New Portland Maine on November 22, 1940. She was the daughter of the late Kenneth and Lillian (Hill) Jackson. She is survived by her sister Margaret Stone and brother Kenneth Jackson, Jr.
She was a very active board member at the Bonavista Condo, where they lived many years. in Aventura FL. Barbara was the business manager of BVee Stables, as well as an owner and part owner of some very successful race horses. She loved working out in her garden taking care of her plants. Watching her plants bloom gave her much joy. Barbara also loved to crochet, needle point, and she was an avid reader.
A celebration of Life service for Barbara will be held Friday, December 19, 2014 between the hours of 2 - 4pm with service at 3pm, at Fred Hunter's Funeral Home - 6301 Taft Street, Hollywood FL.
