Carmen Elena Blanco

Visitation will be held at 10:00 am -11:00 am on December 30, 2021 at Fred Hunter’s Funeral Home. Graveside Service will follow the visitation at Hollywood Memorial Gardens Cemetery at 11:00 am. Father Babin of Nativity Church will be officiating.  Funeral arrangements are being handled by Fred Hunter’s Funeral Home.

Carmen was born in San Cristobal Tachira,Venezuela on June 24,1954. She graduated from Normal J. A. Roman Valecillos  and continued on to receive a Bachelor’s Degree  in Education from Nova South Eastern University.

Carmen was married to Carlos Gilberto Blanco Diaz on July 21,1990; they were married 50 years.

Carmen worked as an Elementary School Teacher for Oak Grove Elementary School for 5 years. She enjoyed painting and arts & crafts. She was also actively involved in Church charities and donated to the Saint Judes Children’s Hospital.

Carmen is survived by Carlos Gilberto Blanco Diaz, Emily Londono Blanco,Hilda Carrero,Gladys Estupinan,Thannia Colmenares,Osana Maria Estupinan-Vera, Norelys Blanco-Jerezano, Eileen Desiree Blanco, Geraldine Carrero,Jackson Carrero, Anggie Maria Rivero Estupinan, Abel Alejandro Estupinan, Manuel Alejandro Estupinan,Wilmer Alfonso Estupinan, Diana Carolina Estupinan, Stefanny Andrea Vera Estupinan, Maria De los Angeles Vera Estupinan, Jose Vera Estupinan, and other family and friends.

Carmen is preceded in death by [Maria Amelia Estupinan, Charles Eduardo Blanco, Carmen Emilia Blanco Diaz.

In lieu of flowers memorial donations may be given to Carlos Gilberto Blanco & Daughters to 169 Hidden Court Road, Hollywood,Fl 33023. The family of Carmen wishes to thank Fred Hunters Funeral Home Services.
