Carter, Clyde Bohler 86, of Pembroke Pines, Fl passed away April 17, 2012. He was preceded in death in 2006 by his wife Kathryn Erlene, and is survived by his wife Elaine Adams Carter of Pembroke Pines, FL; his daughter Kathryn Marie Carter of Nashville, TN; his son Clarence Earl Carter and his wife Lea of Granger, IN; his stepdaughter, Jennifer Claus of Davie, FL; and grandchildren Eicelynne, Alora, Sebastian, Joseph, and Ciera, as well as a great-grandchild, Atrayu. Mr. Carter had lived in South Florida for 35 years, was retired from Chevron USA, and was an original member of New Horizon United Methodist Church. Visitation will be from 1-2pm Sunday, with the funeral service beginning at 2pm Sunday at New Horizon United Methodist Church, 5741 S. Flamingo Rd, Southwest Ranches, FL 33330. Burial will follow in his hometown of Birmingham, AL at a later date. Condolences may be shared at www.fredhunters.com.
