Cydney Marie Reynolds

Cydney was born and raised in Naugatuck, Connecticut to John “Jack” Reynolds and Ruth Reynolds, née Woods, on May 10 1965. She graduated from Naugatuck High School in 1983. After graduation she moved to South Florida where she met the fathers of her three children, Joseph Kippenberger and Michael Samuels. She married Joseph Webster in 2002 and divorced in 2013.  She worked as Interim Director of Veterans Affairs for The Seminole Tribe of Florida. She dedicated a total of 10 years to the tribe. She was a lifetime member of Vietnam Veterans of America Associates (VVAA).

Cydney’s love for her four grandchildren was endless. She was truly a dedicated grandmother and cherished all her time spent with them. Her legacy will live on through Leah, Eleanor, Rowan, and Camille.

Cydney is preceded in death by her Parents, John and Ruth Reynolds. 

Cydney is survived by her children, Kurya Kippenberger, Heather Kippenberger, and Francis Reynolds. Her siblings, Edith Reynolds, Joyce Reynolds, Charlotte Amadon and Damon Reynolds. Her Grandchildren, Leah Reynolds, Eleanor Sanders, Rowan KippiHoy and Camille Sanders.

Funeral services will be held 10 am December 20, 2022 at Hollywood Memorial Gardens North with the Paul Buster of First Seminoles Baptist Church, officiating. Burial will follow Service at gravesite. Arrangements are by Fred Hunter Funeral Home.
