Our memories are of all the wonderful holiday meals we shared with all your family and our families for the six years we were in south FL. Thank you Lord for those precious times with loved ones.

To My Dearest Aunt Dorothy,Thank you so much for all the wonderful memories you gave me while growing up and being a big influence on my life. I never told told you how much you meant to me. But I will cherish all the memories now.I always looked forward to the times you would come home to visit so we could go to a Philadelphia Phillies baseball double header game.I loved that you took the time and hand made copies of our family tree, that you and Dad made while you were in high school. The day I received it in the mail, made me feel so special, that you sent me all that information. I tip my hat to you for being the classy lady that you were. I will miss you but will love you forever. Give everyone our hugs and kisses.

We miss you Aunt Dorothy. I wish I could be there with you all at this time of such important events as this - you are in my heart as I extend hugs to the rest of my family. Thanks to all who put such great photos of our times together - those were great memories and unforgettable experiences. As my sisters mentioned I too remember all the times we had together in NJ and FL and when Aunt Dorothy was able to visit us in CA. I can still hear her uplifting laugh and the times her and my mom would get silly together. You did well Aunt Dorothy. May the Shalom of Jesus be with you.

Aunt Dorothy was a wonderful woman. Our families didn't see each other often because the Pyle's lived on the East Coast and the McGuire's lived on the West Coast. However, those times that I did spend with her and the rest of the family are very treasured memories. I uploaded a few photos that we scanned that have Aunt Dorothy in them. My prayers are with you all at the loss of your mom and grandmom. Love, Renee.

I have wonderful Summertime memories spent in Florida with the entire Pyle family. Going out on the boat with Uncle John, learning to sail on the lake, taking cover when a storm came through (that I was sure was a major hurricane!) that required us to unplug all the electronics.Aunt Dorothy made me feel loved and welcome during the weeks I was there. She was so funny and made me laugh all the time!I'll never forget going out at night with her to whomp toads on the head with a shovel and toss them into the lake! When I got burnt to a crisp in the hot Florida sun she cut fresh aloe-vera right off the plant and slathered it on my back. I also remember giving her a fright when I discovered while swimming in the lake that if I floated very still on the top of the water I could get the little fishes to nibble on my tummy. Little did I know that it looked like I had drown and she came running out of the house ready to jump in and rescue me! We had a good laugh at that! I was honored that when I married years later, she came all the way out to California to be there for me. I will truly miss Aunt Dorothy, she was a wonderful person who loved us all well.
