Eddy moved to South Florida in 2000, coming from New York, New York. He was a member of St. Gregory Catholic Church in Plantation.
Eddy is survived by his wife of 58 years, Renee; daughter, Mireille Andre; grandchildren, Sebastien, Jonathan, Denica, Jovana, Adrianne, Jennifer Lynn, David and Janessa; many great-grandchildren and his brother, Max Andre.
Visitation is from 10:00 - 11:00 a.m. Saturday, March 11, 2017, at Fred Hunter's University Drive Home; 2401 S. Univeristy Drive; Davie. The Funeral Mass will be at 11:30 a.m. Saturday at St. Gregory Catholic Church; 200 North University Drive; Plantation, with The Rev. Fr. Patrick Naughton as Celebrant. Entombment will follow at Hollywood Memorial Gardens North; 3001 N. 72nd Avenue; Hollywood.
