Born June 14, 1935 in Santiago de Cuba, she is predeceased by her husband of 46 years, Luis Alberto Clark.
A loving mother and homemaker, Mimi (as everyone fondly called her) was a remarkable cook, gardener and enjoyed traveling with her family.
Mimi is survived by her son Idalberto (Al) Clark (daughter in law, Angela Clark) and daughter Caridad (Cary) Clark and her 5 grandchildren, Michelle, Melissa and Sean Clark, Alexis and Sydni Parrish. She has one great-granddaughter, Mila Easy.
Private burial will be held on Friday, March 31, 2023 at 11:00 AM at Hollywood Memorial Gardens - East, 6301 Taft Street, Hollywood, FL.
Family asks that in lieu of flowers, donations be made to the Alzheimer’s Association or Community Hospice & Palliative Care in Jacksonville, FL in her memory.
