

Born in Detroit, Michigan on December 10, 1929, daughter of William and Bernadette (Blair) David. Raised and educated in Detroit, Elaine came to Miami on vacation and met her future husband Robert Wilson Rowe, with whom she fell in love and married in 1950.
Both she and her husband owned and operated Bob Rowe Sales, a food brokerage company located in Miami. After his death in 2012, Elaine retired. The business continues to operate with her daughter Susan Schultz and son-in-law Steven Schultz, who have assumed ownership. Elaine enjoyed gardening and painting.
She was preceded in death by her beloved husband of 62 years, Robert Wilson Rowe in 2012 and loving son, Robert Kenneth Rowe in 1976. Survivors include her daughter Susan and her husband Steven Schultz, granddaughters' Allison and her husband Jeffrey Levy and Jennifer Schultz, sister, Carol Hall. Also, preceded in death by her brother, William David.
Visitation on Friday, June 20th from 6:00 ~ 8:00 P.M. at Fred Hunters Hollywood Memorial Home, 6301 Taft Street, Hollywood. A Mass of Christian Burial on Saturday, June 21st at 10:00 am Visitation Catholic Church, 19100 North Miami Avenue, Miami, FL; 33169. Relatives and friends are kindly invited to attend. Burial will follow at Southern Memorial Park.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests donations to St. Jude Children's Research Hospital in memory of Robert Kenneth Rowe and Elaine Rowe.
