She was born to the late David and Betty Cronin on August 29th, 1939 in Astoria, New York. Betty-Anne (as she was affectionately known by family and friends) graduated from Long Island High School in 1957 and Roosevelt Nursing School in 1960.
She was married to Rory Nolan on November 19th, 1966, and lived in New York before relocating to Florida in July 1968. Betty-Anne is survived by two children: Siobhan Pitters (Marc) of Chuluota, FL, and Shannon Meyer (Ronald) of Hemlock, MI. She is also survived by her three grandchildren whom she adored: Stephen Pitters, Ashlyn Meyer, and Brianna Meyer. In addition, she is survived by her sister Patricia Cronin Nichols of Sun City Center, Florida, and several nieces and nephews.
Betty-Anne was very proud of her children and grandchildren and leaves behind beautiful memories.
A Celebration of Life Mass will be held on Saturday, February 22nd, 2020, at 12:30 PM at St. Bernadette Catholic Church. In lieu of flowers, the family requests donations to your favorite charity.
