Born in Jersey City, New Jersey on January 22, 1940, son of John and Dorothy (McDonald) Dolan. He was raised and educated in Savanah, Georgia, graduating from Savanah High School.
At the age of 22, Frank enlisted into the United States Navy, attaining the rank of Quartermaster 3 serving on the USS Waccamaw and the USS Mount Baker. He received his Honorable Discharge on April 4, 1968.
Following the service, Frank moved to Atlanta, Georgia for a few years before moving to Fort Lauderdale, Florida. Before his retirement in 2002, Frank worked for Victor Business Machine Company in Miami. He enjoyed anything to do with nature and visiting parks.
Survived by his beloved companion and soulmate of 54 years, Jean Deveau, brother, John Dolan and his wife, Cynthia Dolan, Jean's two sons, William and Wayne Deveau and many nieces and nephews.
Frank will be buried with Military Honors at South Florida Veterans Cemetery at the convenience of the family.
