Frank was born in Bremerhaven, Germany on March 29, 1928, the son of Franz and Greta (Lorbiecki) Albrecht. He immigrated to the U.S. in 1952. One year later the love of his life, Irmgard Dorn, joined him and they were married in Hackensack, NJ. In 1956, Frank and Irmgard moved from the cold northeast to Miami.
Frank worked for Penske Truck Leasing for 29 years, retiring as District Manager in 1990. Frank and Irmgard were married for 55 years and they were active members of Trinity Lutheran Church for 39 years as choir members. Frank is survived by his daughter Barbara Zinkil and grandson Mark (Elizabeth) Corcoran.
The viewing will be on Saturday, July 22nd, at 10:00 followed by a funeral service at 11:00 A.M. at Trinity Lutheran Church, 11 SW 11th Street, Fort Lauderdale, FL.
