Frank you where a Mentor to me you did right thing when it came to the Art or deal. You close deal when you could and you sent Idiots packing when needed. I knew I could always count on to do right thing. You will missed.

Frankie (Papa) was a person who made you laugh in all different types of situations. He brought joy to everyone life in the simplest ways, even by playing tricks on us and surprising us with small gifts after leaving a restaurants.:) Lol! Papa always worked hard to support his family and made sure his family always came first before anything. He was always there when you need a shoulder to cry and moment of laughter. Those are the kind of things that he will always be remembered for in our lives. And while it's going to be very difficult to think of this world without him, I'm happy to know that he will be watching over us and spreading his happiness with others. Gisele and I love you Papa

I had the pleasure and privilege of working with Frank at HHGregg in Jensen Beach. All I can say is he is already missed so much by everyone at work who loved and admired him for his work ethic and dedication to his employees. I only had the pleasure of knowing him for nearly 2 years, but it felt like a lifetime. He will never be forgotten of what a great manager to his employees and husband to his wife of whom he spoke of often and very fondly of. We will miss his laughter and banter greatly. He was like a second father to me and I will miss him dearly. So long my friend..from your "Little Puppet"...

I did not really know Frank but being a friend and a co-worker of his wife Joan, I felt like I did from Joan's stories. I am truly sorry for the loss of Frank and I will keep him and the Serrano family in my thoughts.

I was born into a family with three sisters. Never gave it much thought until once a friend in school asked me if I had ever wished for a brother growing up. My response was quick and almost offended and I said something like this: "Well no because I DO have brothers...my sisters' husbands are my brothers. They've been there as long as I can remember and any one of them would do anything for me!" So, maybe I was born into a family with three sisters but somehow I got lucky enough to gain three of the best brothers a girl could ask for. ~ RIP Frankie, you are one of us and always will be. And although our hearts are broken...I know that when we are ready...we'll be able to hear your big laughter again.

What can I say about the man, the husband, the father, the grandfather and a friend. Frankie was the love of my friend Joan's life, there's was a true love story. Frankie will truly be missed, but my husband and I are so grateful that God has giving us the opportunity of knowing such a man who was so devoted to his family and especially his sole mate, love of his life, Joan, my best friend. She will never be alone, his spirit and memories will live on forever in all of us. Rest in peace my friend! You will never be forgotten.

We were fortunate to spend many happy holidays and times together. His quick wit always had us laughing! When he walked Candice down the aisle, and gave her to our son, she officially became our daughter, although she was our daughter in our hearts for many .years.. He will be missed and will always have our gratitude for his wonderful daughter!
