Fred Dono

Mr. Dono was born in Brooklyn to Antoinette Muscarella and Frank Dono on April 26, 1936. It was a Sunday morning while the Church bells were ringing. He is survived by his wife of 47 years, Sheila. Together they built a very successful business, ARF Septic Tank and Plumbing where they serviced the Tri-County area of South Florida.

He was one of 12 children and is survived by his sister Frannie, 87 and brother Eddie, 84. He was predeceased by siblings, Thomas P, Rocky, Margie, Carmine, Annie, Theresa, Johnny, Anthony and Tommy.

Freddie leaves behind 11 children, Debbie Pruslin (husband Gene) of Colorado Springs, CO, Freddie Jr (wife Dorthea) of Oceanside, NY, Faith Kasten of Plantation, FL, Debra DePasquale (husband John) of Commack, NY, Jason Kasten (wife Linda) of Loxahatchee, FL, Renee Petersen (husband Kevin) of Lindenhurst, NY, Frankie (wife Donna) of Lindenhurst, NY, Arlene Zollo (husband Michael) of Lindenhurst, NY, Nicole Duncan (husband John) of Blairsville, GA, Rosemarie Torres of Lindenhurst and Brian of Lindenhurst. He also leaves behind 19 Grandchildren and 11 Great Grandchildren.

The viewing will be held on Thursday, July 12, 2018 from 1:00 - 3:00 and 5:00 - 9:00 at Fred Hunter's 6301 Taft Street, Hollywood, FL 33024 and on Friday, July 13, 2018 Graveside also at Fred Hunter's. In lieu of flowers, the family would like any donations sent to St Jude's Children's Hospital in Fred's name. Maybe someday there will be a cure for cancer
