

Scott was born in Hollywood to loving parents, Arnold Glen and Anna Agnew, on October 28, 1975. As a young child he demonstrated many talents such as strumming his Gibson guitar while singing Kenny Rogers, looking good in his cowboy hat, and driveway basketball. He went on to Hollywood Hills High School where he famously roamed the halls with a pencil in his ear, folder in hand, and a smile on his face to greet all he encountered.
As a man with a passion for great food, he would pursue culinary arts at Broward College. Scott’s profound love for food went beyond mere sustenance – it was a celebration of life's flavors. His culinary adventures took him to the heart of many fine restaurants, where he reveled in the artistry of a well-cooked meal. His discerning palate was matched only by his infectious enthusiasm for sharing culinary delights with family and friends at numerous cookouts and dinner parties.
Beyond his gastronomic passions, Scott was known for his quick wit and a great sense of humor that could brighten even the darkest days. His laugh was booming and echoed through the lives of those around him, creating cherished memories that will endure in perpetuity.
Inspired by his family's past in the construction business, Scott himself would go on to get his general contractor license and work primarily for himself with Agnew Construction Company for 25 years.
Scott is preceded in death by his mother Anna Angew who passed away on September 12th, 2018.
Scott is survived by his father Arnold Glen; his sister Kelly (husband Clayton), and his brothers Travis and Matthew (wife McCayla). For the last 10 years he was the devoted partner of Rachel Billante. His love radiated warmth that enriched the lives of those fortunate enough to be part of his world. His kindness and affection created a haven of love that will remain in the hearts of those who had the privilege of being loved by him.
Scott embodied the bonds of family, offering unwavering support and companionship. His presence brought joy, and his absence leaves a void that can only be filled with the memories of shared laughter and shared moments.
Scott will always be remembered for his caring heart, big laugh, ability to talk to anyone, and a love of a good time with those close to him. He will be missed by all those whose lives he touched.
A celebration of Scott’s life will be held on Sunday, January 7th at Fred Hunter’s in Hollywood from 12:00pm - 4:00pm, with a service at 2:00pm where friends and family can share memories of Scott.
