You love the Marlins so much Mom so I drove down to to get you and surprise you with tickets to a Marlin game. We had a limousine pick us up and take us to the game and back and it was a wonderful evening. Thinking of you today.

12 years ago you left us mama and I just wanna talk about some of my beautiful memories of you. Walking home from middle school in Miami Florida I could hear Loretta Lynn singing Coal miners s daughter. The windows were open. It was breezy and my mother put that album on the turntable every day and sang it. another great memory we would go to Maryland for family reunions and I would get up every morning in the hotel room and make you a Belgian waffle because you loved them so much. When we were kids, we would go to Howard Johnson’s restaurant to get the all you can eat fried clams and fried fish. There wasn’t a lot of money in our family. We drank milk mixed with powdered milk, but she always made sure we had ring ding juniors in the freezer for after school snacks. After hurricane Andrew, my mother was my support. She made sure we got beds to sleep in and helped us find a place to live till we can get moved to Tallahasse. And then every Christmas her and my father would drive up. She loved Christmas more than anything on Christmas Eve. She would always say let’s just open one present tonight so we would and then she would say why don’t we just open everything? The house was always decorated with lots of Christmas treasures I have some now at my house that she gave me. There are so many things more I could talk about but I get teary-eyed thinking of this. I love you, mom I think of you all the time and I feel your presence around me. Thank you for being my mom. Give dad a big hug for me and no I love you your faithful loving daughter Julie.

Hello mama thinking of you today on Christmas Eve 2024 missing you being at our house. It’s very quiet. Christmas has never been the same since you left us all the things we used to do don’t happen anymore. I’m sitting here watching a movie by myself missing you so much. I hope you enjoy Christmas Day. Hi mama, it’s been a while since I wrote to you.I’ve been thinking about you a lot lately… holidays are not the same because you’re not here and it never gets easier for me anyway. David and I were talking about all the silly things that used to go on at our house when you guys were here for Christmas, the stealing of the chocolate covered cherries.
The having to open presents on Christmas Eve because you just could not wait. Making sure the heat  is on 78 because you were always cold and I always made sure you had warm  clothes here for you to wear in the closet. We had a great life and I’m grateful for you. Whenever I needed to talk to you about something you always had an answer and it might’ve been one or two words, but it always made sense. Take care of my father. I miss him dearly too he had the most beautiful smile, and loved all of us so much . I hope you are having a good time together up in the clouds and sometimes at night I go out there and look at the stars and wonder if you see me. you’re youngest and loving daughter who misses you both dearly… Julie

Hey there mama I didn’t forget your birthday I just sometimes have a hard time thinking about what to say to you. Can’t believe it’s been this long since you left. Anyway thinking about you a lot today and also thinking about dad to. Happy belated birthday and I just want to say I’m so happy that we all went to the mountains and through your ashes to heaven. Hello mama merry Christmas to you and daddy. My dearest mother today I made a beautiful shadow box with your roses from your service. I think of you everyday and miss our daily phone calls I am decorating for Christmas this Christmas will not be the same without you. I'm so sorry for your loss. Please accept my deepest sympathy. May you find comfort from your memories, as well as God's word the bible. Why do people we love die? Romans 5:12 says: "That is why, just as through one man (Adam) sin entered into the world and death through sin, and thus death spread to all men because they had all sinned." How loving of God to promise what is found at Revelation 21:4 which says, "And he will wipe out every tear from their eyes, and death will be no more, neither will mourning nor outcry nor pain be anymore. Who could be in a bad mood in Aunt Gloria's presence? Her joy for life was contagious, as was her joy of music. Her personality was larger than life, and we are all better for having known her and loved her. Our family had the great pleasure of meeting Gloria during her visit to Texas this past summer. She and her husband Richard and daughter Julie all came to see Callie graduate from high school. She had such a quick wit and a way of making the whole group break out into laughter. Dawn, my heart goes out to you and your family as you all come together to remember your mother...she was a wonderful woman, and I am so sorry for the loss of such an irreplaceable woman.

mom as we all prepare to come and see you one last time I have so many loving memories from way back as a young child to the present, like all the rest of your family members I also miss you and everything about you, I truly believe that you are in a better place now along with the rest of your brothers and sisters and of course your mother and father..... Our world is now a lesser place as heaven has gained tremendously we know you will be with us this day, I love you and will miss you always........

My loving and wonderful Mother: I want to say that I love you and Dad very much and already miss you dearly. I have so many fond, loving memories of you. You were always there for all of your children when needed. No matter what the issue was, you solved it in your own special way!! No matter where you went (family reunions, the Moose club, social events), your personality and laughter made a lasting impression on every person in that room. Growing up, I have fond memories of Mom every weekend, cleaning our house and listening to her country music albums, such as Merle Haggard, Elvis, Loretta Lynn, George Jones, and many others. I also have fond memories of Mom playing her piano and singling for all of us at Christmas. I loved how Mom and Dad opened their house to all my friends during the Holidays and at night in Dad's garage. To this day, my friends still speak of those fond memories with Mom and Dad. Thank you Mom for making me who I am today, as a man and a loving husband to my wife Holly. I love, and miss you so much already. I will think of you on a daily basis, especially when I hear the songs you loved to play and sing. God Bless you, Hot Momma !! Rest in peace until we meet again for our family reunion in heaven.....

I would like to offer my condolences to my sister in law, Dawn, and the rest of Golria's family. I'm glad I had the chance to meet her after hearing about her for many years. I know she will be greatly missed. We pray that you find comfort in your warm memories of this wonderful lady. God bless.
