

Born on September 1, 1925 in Paris, France, Jacqueline was the daughter of the late Marcel and Madeline (Perrott) Bouchon. Raised and educated in France, Jackie raised her daughters there until relocating to the United States. On December 12, 1970, Jackie was united in marriage to Fredrick C. Rogers. A union of 44 years until her passing. Jackie's working career began as a flight attendant with Pan American Airlines, a position that she was proud of being one of the first women flight attendants. Following her position as a flight attendant she continued her career in the in the industry as a Travel Agent with Miramar Travel Agency, the position she retired from.
A caring and selfless woman, Jackie's family was the central focus of her life and she especially dotted over her beloved grandchildren. Jackie was known for putting the needs of others before her own and often prepared a bounty of delicious food, gathering those near and dear to her around the table. In her spare time she enjoyed the relaxation of the beach and so enjoyed the quality time she spent with her friends in water aerobics. Jackie could often be found cruising the world as she loved the open air of being on a cruise ship. She was a member of the Red Hat Society.
Jackie is survived by her husband, Fredrick Rogers; her daughters, Nathalie Blackwell, Carol Blackwell and Patricia Blackwell; her grandchildren, Fiona and Tom, Amy and Kyle, Nicholas, Lucy and Timothy and Mikael and her cherished great grandchildren; Zach, Kenzie, Skyla, Aiden, Kayley and Jayda. Also left to mourn her passing is her sister Claudine Porcheron.
Visitation will be held on Saturday, July 11, 2015 from 10:00 - 12:00 at the Fred Hunter Funeral Home 6301 Taft Street, Hollywood. Jackie's funeral service will commence at 12:00 immediately upon the conclusion of visitation. Entombment will follow in Hollywood Memorial Gardens.
