I'm so sorry for your loss. Please accept my deepest sympathy. May you find comfort from your memories, as well as God's word the Bible. Why do people we love die? Romans 5:12 says: "That is why, just as through one man (Adam) sin entered into the world and death through sin, and thus death spread to all men because they had all sinned." How loving of God to promise what is found at Revelation 21:4 which says, "And he will wipe out every tear from their eyes, and death will be no more, neither will mourning nor outcry nor pain be anymore, the former things have passed away.

We are so sorry for the loss of your dear one and our sincerest condolences to the family. Trials such as this one can be unbearable, "God is for us a refuge and strength, a help that is readily to be found during distress." Psalms 46:1 Draw close to God in prayer, He does not forget the outcry of the afflicted ones. He will give you the needed strength to endure the days ahead.

Jim was my buddy, i know him for 20 year.He was always such a friendly soul, he will be missed for keeping things light.

Jim was a great colleague remarkable friend, and I know that I am among many who will deeply miss him. The Miami-Dade Aviation Department/Marketing Division and cargo trade community benefited ever so greatly from his devotion to the job and to getting the job done. His attention to bringing new airlines to MIA was incredible. Yet equally amazing were his soft hearted, generous and humorous characteristic that were known by many in the cargo community. Thank God, I had the opportunity to tell Jaimer the day before he went to the hospital that I loved him. Peace to you my beloved friend. At least it will be comforting to know that you will be with your brother Steve. There is not a day that I don't think about him.

A beautiful soul filled with laughter no matter what came his way. He taught me to smile more and laugh the bad off. I appreciate you so much, you'll never be forgotten by me. Laugh all the way to heaven James.

Jimmy was so well known and respected in the MIA cargo community. He was super-pro, and the man to turn to for handling crisis cargo. It was a pleasure to work with him over quite a few years in the ever changing landscape of the air cargo industry. Always appreciated, he will be missed. Rest in peace Jimmy, and don't worry about those incoming flights.

Martin couldn't have said it any better. So many trips out to Stiltsville, the Everglades, the trip to the National Jamboree outside of Pittsburgh in 1977 where Yamar's uncle had a full machine shop in his garage and manufactured a new axle from a steel bar for our Scout Trailer. Jimmy was always the life of the campfire, cracking jokes. So many memories... I too hope he and Mittuh Burr are enjoying a good laugh around a campfire.

Jim's helpful and cheerful spirit will be significantly missed.

I knew Jimmy at Killian High School and I remember he always had a great sense of humor. My thoughts and prayers to the family. RIP Jimmy.

James and I started our friendship in elementary school all the way through Killan and shared many laughs over all the years. Glad we got to go down memory lane at our reunions. He was always a fun, giving person whose unique laugh I still hear today. A very good man gone to early but leaves a great legacy. RIP my longtime friend...My condolences to his entire family!

Jimmy was a larger than life character. He was loving, family oriented, funny, and yes- that laugh... it's what I hear too- that contagious laugh. Filled with life, and vigor, he was a living example of how we should all be. Sarcastic, funny, gregarious, are a few words that come to mind. All I can say is that knowing him, and having him as part of our extended family was a privilege. It is with great sadness in my heart that I refer to him in the past tense. What I know for certain, is that anyone that was lucky enough to know him will tell you the same- what a great guy! He will be sorely missed- but the light that lived in Jimmy, will shine brightly in those he touched. Thank you for being such a special person... you will live on in our hearts, and fondest of memories. My heart goes out to his wife, daughter, mother, and brothers- for such a loss. Until we meet again my friend - keep them laughing in heaven :-)

I went to Killian High with Jimmy, and saw him numerous times over the years at various reunions and get togethers. One thing for sure...you could always count on Sal to make you laugh, with his gregarious personality, humor, and smile. He was a happy guy who loved life, friends, and his family. Rest in peace.
