Jasmin Delores Webb was born March 23, 1953, in James Hill, Jamaica to the late Jabez and Ethline Webb. She started off her career in Public Works as an accountant and later moved to Florida where she worked as a respiratory therapist and spent the last 35 years of her life.
Jasmin leaves behind her husband, Harold Alexander Lewin; 6 Children, sons, Dalkeith (Tashi) Morris, Seymore Hadden, and Jason LaCroix; daughters, Bridgette (Shelton) Marshall, Hazel (Isaiah) Brown, and Vanessa (Ralf) Lange. 11 grandkids, 5 great-grandkids, nieces, nephews, relatives, and friends.
