Born in Miami, Florida on May 23, 1968, son of James Joseph and Patricia Jeanne (Fiore) McDonnell. John loved to listen to music and take trips in the family owned 2000 Mustang convertible. He will be dearly missed by all who knew and loved him.
Survived by his beloved and devoted mother, Patricia J. (Fiore) McDonnell, loving siblings, Cathy (Mark) Geller, brothers Mark (Karen) McDonnell and William McDonnell. Also leaves nieces and nephews, Kristina (Joe) Beaudry, Lauren (Aaron) Ferguson, Matthew (Samantha) McDonnell, James (Cheryl) McDonnell, Katie and Kelly McDonnell and Andrea Geller.
Visitation on Sunday, February 3rd from 3:00- P.M. ~ 6:00 P.M. at Fred Hunters Hollywood Memorial Home, 6301 TAFT STREET, Hollywood. Funeral Mass on Monday, February 4th at 10:00 A.M. at St. David Catholic Church, 3900 South University Drive, Davie, FL. Relatives and friends are kindly invited to attend.
John will be laid to rest with his father and brother at Our Lady of Mercy Catholic Cemetery in Miami following the Mass.
