Joe was born in Miami, Florida, to Albert and Clara Brewer on April 28, 1946. He was a graduate of Miami Jackson High School. He married Grace (Sherry) Ryals on December 18, 1970, in Miami. He worked as a Sheet Metal Worker, and served in the U.S. Navy.
Joe is preceded in death by his parents.
Joe is survived by his wife, Sherry, his daughter, Jennifer (Blade), and his grandchildren, Kylie and Gabriel. He is also survived by his brother, Albert, and many nieces and nephews.
A Celebration of Life Gathering will be held at 10:00 a.m. on Saturday, March 22, 2025, at First Baptist Church of Southwest Broward, 2700 N. Palm Avenue, Pembroke Pines, Florida. Arrangements are by Fred Hunters funeral home.
