

Judy was born in Albany, Georgia to John and Jocelyn Hightower on June 21, 1946. She attended Albany High School, Auburn University, and Georgia State University.
At the age 14 she met the love of her life, William Carey Webb, whom she later married on September 10, 1965 in Albany, Georgia. Judy and Carey were married for 57 wonderful years.
Judy had a lifelong passion for art, design and beautiful things,which included being a longtime member of the American Society of Interior Designers (ASID) and managing her own interior design business, Antiques & Interiors Inc., in Lakeland, Florida for almost forty years.
Judy treasured her childhood friends from Albany and her close friends in Lakeland, where she lived for many years. She adored her family, particularly her three grandchildren. Her fondest memories included spending time and traveling with her close-knit family.
Judy is preceded in death by her maternal grandparents Joe and Audrey Jones, her paternal grandmother Ethel Itner, and her parents John and Jocelyn Hightower.
Judy is survived by her devoted and loving husband, William Carey Webb, her daughter Shannon Webb Robertson, her son-in-law Johnathan Robertson, her sister Joan Hightower Fountain and her beloved grandchildren Peyton Robertson, Hadley Robertson, and Delaney Robertson.
Judy’s funeral service will be held at 11 AM on Saturday, October 15, 2022 at First Presbyterian Church in Fort Lauderdale, Florida, followed by a reception celebrating her life at the Lauderdale Yacht Club. Arrangements are by Fred Hunter Funeral Home.
