June was born in Passaic, New Jersey to James and Catherine (Vieira) Voline on November 23, 1936. She married her soulmate, Michael F. Romanski on February 12, 1955. She graduated from Nutley High School in 1954. Along with her husband and three children, June moved to Florida in 1966. She briefly worked as a licensed beautician, but spent decades working for Paramount, which later became Foster Medical Supplies, as a sales clerk. She was baptized January 31, 1937, at St. Nicholas’ Church in Passaic, New Jersey. At the age of 87 on May 1, 2024, she chose to be baptized again at Tomoka Christian Church in Ormond Beach, Florida, with a new and deepened relationship with Jesus. She was a beloved member of Prayer Sisters and loved to play Bingo. Her smile would light up any room. She was strong, stubborn and classy. Often referred to as the “Queen”. But mostly she was love. Deep, passionate, unwavering love.
June is preceded in death by her husband, Michael, her parents, her bonus parents (in-laws) and many other loved ones. We know the reunion in heaven is a celebration like none other.
June is survived by her children, Linda (John) Froman, Mike (Mary) Romanski, Sandra (Tim) Ford; her sister, Carol Durney and sister-in law Dolores Stilson; her grandchildren Chris (Tawnie) Froman, Brady (Amber) Froman, Michelle (Coby) Moore, Christina (Jeff) Cates, Mike (Crystal) Romanski, Alex (David) Prieto, Cameron (Payton) Ford, Cassie (Alexander) Ronzino; 21 great-grandchildren, and 2 great-great grandchildren, nieces, nephews, cousins. Each of these are her greatest legacy and were the pride and joy of her life.
