Born on September 21, 1931, in the vibrant heart of Jamaica, he went on to lead a life marked by service and passion, leaving this world on June 30, 2025, in the peaceful city of Sunrise, Florida.
A patriot to the core, Kenneth devoted a significant part of his life to the military, serving his nation with honor and pride. His fervent love for his country and its people knew no bounds, and his sense of duty was an inspiration to all who knew him. Beyond the uniform, Kenneth's strong Christian faith formed the foundation of his life, his gentle spirit, and his loving ways.
Kenneth was a pillar in his family, a cherished father, a doting grandfather, and a great-grandfather, whose legacy of love and tenderness will live on through June Chung Young, Khristina Chung, Kenneth P. Chung Jr, Rockwell Chung Kavish, Angelie Chung, his five grandchildren, and seven great-grandchildren. His warmth and wisdom also extended to his siblings, leaving behind three sisters and a brother who will fondly remember the ties that bound them tightly.

His soft-spoken words carried weight and integrity, while his actions reflected the deep commitment he had to his beliefs and values. A funeral service for Kenneth will be held Saturday, July 19, 2025 from 11:00 AM to 1:00 PM at Taft Street Baptist Church, 7241 Taft St, Hollywood, FL 33024, followed by a public visitation from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM.
