Kevin Charles Schleicher, 54, of Davie passed away May 29, 2012 as a result of a lengthy battle with liver cancer. He was born on March 18, 1958 to Shirley Jean Schleicher and Charles E. Schleicher (deceased). Kevin was born in Grosse Pointe Woods, Michigan. At the age of 11, he moved with his family to Plantation, Florida. Kevin attended Plantation Middle School and South Plantation High School.
Kevin lived much of his adult years in Naples, Florida and for many years spent the summer months working on Martha's Vineyard. He loved being on the water and boating, fishing, water skiing. He relished his time on Martha's Vineyard.
Kevin is survived by his ex-wife Gayle Schleicher and daughter, Kayla Schleicher of Marshfield, Massachusetts; his mother Shirley Schleicher of Davie; his brother Keith and wife, Lori of Charlotte, North Carolina; his brother Kirk of Richland, Georgia; niece Rachel and nephew Robert of Charlotte, North Carolina.
