

Lorraine was born in Bronx, New York on September 27, 1943, daughter of John V. and Theresa (Back) Flair. Raised and educated in the Bronx, Lorraine graduated from St. Helena's Catholic School. She began her long career with American Express Company in 1980 in New York City and transferred to the Plantation office in 1992. Following 30 years with the company, Lorraine retired in 2010. Lorraine was a people person and very friendly to all. She loved to travel and loved all animals, especially dogs.
Survivors include her loving companion of 32 years, Robert Peter Iglesias, two children, John Ruckel and Laura Tricario, sister, Barbara Feaster, three granddaughters, Nicole and Rachel Ruckel and Monica Cuevas one great-granddaughter, Jasmine. Also survived by her niece/godchild, Diane and nephew Steven and her loving dog "Mimi"
A Mass of Christian Burial will be held on Monday, April 9, 2012 at 1:00 P.M. at St. Gregory The Great Catholic Church, 200 North University Drive in Plantation. Relatives and friends are kindly invited to attend. There will be no calling hours at the funeral home.
