Michael "Flex" Fletcher

Michael, Mikey, Flex, Dad. A man who thought no task or project was too difficult to accomplish. Any big idea or plan that Michael envisioned, would always come to life. As a hardworking, dedicated, and creative man, Michael lived a life full of accomplishments, innovations, and amazing moments. 

Michael Anthony Fletcher was born on February 7th, 1972 in St. Andrews Jamaica. He was raised by his parents Lloyd Lucas Fletcher and Gwyneth Fletcher alongside his siblings Nicole Fletcher, Nadine Manning, and Richard Fletcher. Michael attended Vere Technical High School in Clarendon before starting his life in America in 1993.

After meeting the love of his life, his Trophy; Sophie, Michael began his journey.  On January 23, 1997, Michael and Sophia Fletcher brought their first child into the world; a vibrant baby girl Brittany Fletcher. Then a few years later, November 14, 2001, they welcomed another beautiful baby girl; Jada Fletcher. Michael started out working for a roofing company (Cherry Roofing), then later began working for Lexus for about 12 years. Michael always knew that his ultimate goal was to be his own Boss and be a successful entrepreneur; which he fulfilled. 

For the past roughly 8 years, Michael ran Flex Tint Shop, his favorite accomplishment. He stayed consistent and worked extremely hard to build an establishment that reflected his determined effort. Michael was the best at anything he touched. From his clean cut window tinting, to his famous Jerk Chicken, to all his projects that he carried out, everything was blessed by Michaels touch. 

Michael Anthony Fletcher, generous, caring, entertaining, the perfect example of a Father, Husband, Brother, a friend. On January 19, 2022, Michael passed away. His warm spirit will forever live through his family. He is survived by his Wife, Sophia Fletcher; his two daughters, Brittany and Jada; his parents Lucas and Gwyneth; his father and mother-in-law, Norris and Ruth Sterling; His siblings, Nadine, Nicole, and Richard; and his wonderful cousins, aunts, uncles, and many many friends. Michael is preceded in death by his grandmother, Enid Palmer.
