He moved to Miami in the early 50's and worked at Pan Am Airways for over 40 years. He later worked for Miami Airlines for 16 years before finally retiring.
Pete is survived by his wife former Fran Garrett and his children Irma Naylor, Elida Perez, Laura Rather and son JR. He also had 5 grandchildren and 5 great grandchildren. Pete and wife traveled the world and made friends with everyone he met and was loved by all.
Visitation will be Saturday, July 29, 2017, from 4:30-9:00 p.m., with a Prayer Service at 7:00 p.m. at Fred Hunter's Hollywood Memorial Gardens Home; 6301 Taft Street; Hollywood, FL.
