Raymond was born in Norfolk, VA to Eugene and Mary Russell on May 16, 1940. He went to school in North Miami Beach.
Raymond is preceded in death by his wife Norma Russell.
Raymond Russell is survived by sons Douglas Russell and Michael Russell, daughter Cynthia Sosnowski, granddaughters Amanda, Carly, Casey, Caley and grandsons Parker and Kellen
A Celebration of Life Gathering will be held January 31, 2024. Arrangements are by Fred Hunter’s Funeral Home.
