Born in Washington, D.C. on December 1, 1963, son of James M. Sayih, Jr. and Onix Morea. At an early age, the Sayih family moved to South Florida, settling in Hialeah. Bobby graduated from Hialeah Miami Lakes High School where he played football. Following high school, he proudly served his county for six years in the United States Air Force, attaining the rank of Sergeant. He was honorable discharged in 1988. Bobby enjoyed the game of football, particularly the Miami Dolphins.
Survived by his loving wife, Mirta "Mimi" (Peon) Sayih, four devoted sons, Robert A. (Yili) Sayih, Zachary Sayih, Jeremy Sayih and Nickolas J. Sayih, his beloved mother, Onix Morea, cherished brothers James M. Sayih, III and Jamil Sayih. He was preceded in death by his father, James M. Sayih.
Robert will be laid to rest with Military Honors on Friday, October 6th at 1:30 P.M. at the South Florida Veterans National Cemetery, 6501 State Road 7, Lake Worth, Florida 33467. Relatives and friends are kindly invited to attend. For those attending please arrive at the cemetery no later than 1:15 in lane 5.
