Rudy Torres

Rudy was an amazing husband to Gianamar  Torres and a proud father to Paulina Torres, Aaliyah Torres, and Leo Torres. For his family, he was not only a provider and protector but also a patient listener, a source of guidance, and an endless source of love.

Rudy Alberto Torres, 45, passed away on September 17th, 2024, in Pompano Beach, Florida. He was born on March 5th, 1979, in Toledo, Ohio to Adriana Garces Berlanga and Eduardo Torres Segura. Rudy grew up in Fort Lauderdale, Florida, and married Gianamar Quintana Torres on September 20th, 2002, after dating since September 20th, 1996.

Rudy was the co-owner of a construction company alongside his wife Giana, working tirelessly to ensure the success of their business for many years. His dedication, knowledge, and work ethic were unmatched, but it was his warmth, sense of humor, and genuine care for others that truly defined him. He had an extraordinary gift for making everyone he met laugh, and his kindness knew no bounds.

Rudy was truly one of a kind, and his presence will be deeply missed by all who had the privilege of knowing him. His legacy of endless love, laughter, and hard work will live on in the hearts of his family forever.

We will be holding his wake on September 24th from 4:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m. at 718 S Federal Hwy, Fort Lauderdale, FL 33316. His mass will be on September 25th at 10:30 a.m. at 901 NE 2nd St, Fort Lauderdale, FL 33301. For our friends and family in Virginia who are unable to attend, we will also be holding a service and will share the details soon.
