

Shirley was born October 15, 1952, in White Plains, New York, to the late Lawrence and Minnie Williams. She graduated High School in 1970 from White Plains High School.
Shirley is the beloved wife of Deighton Osborne of 34 ½ years of marriage. She worked as a task case manager with Westchester County Courts where she worked hard assisting many people with drug and alcohol issues.
In addition to her husband, Shirley leaves her daughter, Tracie Osborne and her beloved Godsons, Joshua and Jerimiah Williams and Goddaughter, Aiyana.
Shirley and her husband loved to travel and ventured to Atlanta, Georgia where they both were baptized in March, 2016, by our dear friend, Bishop Vernon Berry of True Love Ministries.
She was preceded in death by her Father, Lawrence Williams; Mother, Minnie Williams; Sister, Barbara and Brother, Lawrence.
Left to cherish her memory is her Husband, Daughter; Godsons and Goddaughter; Sisters, Rose Darden, Gloria Alston, Phyllis Mack and Kathy Williams; Aunts, Uncles and a host of Nieces, Nephews, Cousins and Friends.
Shirley left detailed instructions to celebrate her moving on to glory which has been complete. Anything else will not be tolerated.
The Memorial Service will be at 11:00 a.m. Saturday, September 9, 2017, at Calvary Baptist Church; 188 Orawaupum Street; White Plains, New York 10606.
In lieu of flowers, contributions given in memory of Shirley can be directed to Trustbridge Hospice Foundation (https://www.hpbcf.org/donation#.WaRIK7KGOpo.) For those choosing to send a floral tribute, a live plant is preferred over cut flowers.
