BELL, Jr., Walter, 85, of Davie, Fl passed away September 5, 2013. He was born November 24, 1927 in New York and relocated to South Florida in 1985. He was predeceased by his parents Walter Bell, Sr. & Ivy Bell, brother; Bruce Bell and sisters Myrtle and Ana Ruth Bell. Survivors include his wife Rosa Mae Bell, children; Vanessa Bell, Veronica Bell, Donna Maturine, Walter Bell III, and Taraya Bell, six grandchildren; Vernon Carpenter, Katrina Bell, Alexis Bailey, Hakeem Maturine, Jacqueline Bell and Maurice Bell, siblings; Margaret Holder, Gloria Plummer, Irwin Bell and Tim Bell.
